The Golden Thread is that inherent part of us which, while open and responsive to change, remains unchanging at its core. In the face of chaos, it is still and unmoved. In the face of transformation, it listens quietly for its path through.
For this new series at the beginning of 2026, Metatron offers us an opportunity for our Golden Thread to be nourished, affirmed, and finely tuned to the world we find ourselves in. We are living in a time of profound change: tectonic plates are shifting, new technologies are reshaping our lives, and what truly resonates with us is calling us toward something original and alive.
Amid this newness, the old and familiar—the habits and structures formed over time—are being challenged, and that can feel unsettling. It can stir self-doubt and fear. None of us can know exactly where this change will lead, but through our own Thread of Gold, we can rest in a deeper ground of pure truth, strength, sensitivity, courage, and wisdom.
Metatron has indicated three key areas of healing: the Golden Thread itself, the tuning and regulation of the nervous system around it, and the energetic pathways that allow us to harmonise fully with it.
1st Healing Focus – Strengthening & Affirming your Golden Thread
In this healing, the divine Presence that Metatron embodies will make it more available to us, strengthen it, and, if compromised in any way, bring it back to wholeness.
This session is offered to anyone who wants to come and experience the simple power, nourishment and healing that is a Metatronic Healing.
About The Session
We will guide you through the movements of the healing session with Metatron so you can simply relax, receive, and allow the healing to unfold within and without.
We begin with a welcome and a short grounding meditation, then give a brief introduction to the theme’s focus, followed by the healing itself, which largely unfolds in silence. You will be invited to relax and receive this sitting or lying comfortably. There is no need to watch the screen on your device during this time; being within audio range is just fine.
The entire session, from opening, will be approximately 70 to 90 minutes.
When you book, you will receive an order confirmation email from Metatronic Life confirming your place. Closer to the session date, you will receive a further email with full details on how to join.
You can join via your phone (local rate or toll-free), sound-only, or through your smartphone, tablet, or laptop/computer. Attending live is recommended for the fullest experience. However, if you are unable to attend for any reason, you will still be included, and the session will be recorded.
All participants will receive the recording to download and revisit afterwards. Feedback consistently shows that revisiting the recording is very beneficial.
