We live in a time of change, in some cases big change, whether this is on the inside or the outside. This change means things are not the same and with that can come a feeling of the known falling away and replaced by the unknown, this can make us feel uncertain, vulnerable and so unsafe. This creates anxiety and that permeates our entire system making us stressed, overwhelmed or feel run down.
When we feel safe, however, the nervous system, the body and the mind feel secure enough to repair, integrate, and grow. Safety is always the foundation of growth and healing. In this Metatronic Session, the Divine Intelligence that is Archangel Metatron will see where your feeling of safety is thin or non-existent and address and repair that, so that you may feel more secure, safe and whole. You will be able to address Life’s challenges more easily and more resourced to be creative with what comes your way.
About the Session
We will begin with a warm welcome and a short grounding meditation. We’ll then share a brief introduction to this theme before moving into the healing itself, which is given largely in silence. You’ll be invited to simply relax and receive—either sitting or lying down. There’s no need to watch your screen; simply be within audio range of your device.
The session will last approximately 70–90 minutes.
