"If I go for a Metatronic Healing session, what can I expect?"

The Metatronic practitioner will encourage you to express the issues of current or long-term concern if you feel the need to do so. But Einstein told us long ago that no problem can be solved from the level of consciousness at which it was created. In other words, we must raise our level of consciousness; we must go higher. Metatronic Healing does exactly this: it gives less time and energy to "the problem" than to the frequencies which will help you to transcend it. Rather than give energy to the problem, your practitioner will guide you into a comfortable state of relaxation, invoking Metatron's energy to bring you into resonance with the energies of your body, where all knowledge and memory is held.

This semi-hypnotic state gently draws your attention to ancient blocks, those places where the core issues of your life are lodged, and the divine energy strands softly penetrate to the root of these blocks. Dissolving, lifting, they return these areas of density to their naturally creative and useful state, making space for you to experience deep healing as you receive the new life force that is contained within these rays. They may guide you to an inner awareness of the core issues you have chosen as the learning tools of your life path or to the karma that set these up. They encourage you to raise your awareness and with it your divinely-given power.

Visualisation can be replaced by silence, for those who prefer to work in this way: the practitioner has a number of useful energy techniques at her disposal. What is true in physics is also true in healing: the higher frequencies of love will always dissolve the lower ones of fear, so as these enter the system, the old blocks will gradually come to the surface, and dissipate. This clearing will begin during the session and continue in the days and weeks thereafter, as they bring you into a deeper and purer alignment with your Self.

Thus even the energies flowing through the practitioner move deeply into your energy system and continue to work deeply within your body and your psyche long after the session, to bring about rebalancing, strengthening - and a whole new level of freedom.
