Every human being is a subtle mix of soul, body, mind and spirit, each part affecting the other. We are also part of a much larger body, so if any small part of it – of ourselves, or the planet – is sick, we all need healing. Metatronic Healing is an energetic and spiritual practice that acts deeply on all these inter-related parts of the mix. It starts with what needs healing in ourselves, and it extends to everything that we touch.

The quantum physicist Max Planck pushed science to recognize that there is a conscious, intelligent mind behind all matter. He termed this mind the matrix, from mater, meaning mother or source. His findings and those of other radical scientists have extended the boundaries of physics to acknowledge what mystics have always known: that there are parallel universes existing alongside the familiar, everyday one of our senses.

The more we learn the more we discover how little we know. In the same way, the more our energies expand the more clearly we see how limited our perspective is: the 'reality' that we experience is very contracted and very small. The more contracted we have become in our thinking and our feeling, the greater the density of our experience. And as our density has increased, our spiritual power has decreased; our worlds have become so limited that we have lost sight of who we really are. We have lost sight of the essential truth that underlying all that we know and experience is a consciousness that responds to our every feeling and thought. Dr. Dorothy Roeder, channelling from higher realms, has beautifully captured the essence of Metatron; and two sentences in particular are key: 'My energies pervade all of physical existence and serve as what you might call your highest connection into Source. I am a bridge that connects Source and the Creator directly into physical existence.'

As the changes in frequency quicken their pace, taking us deeper into the process of Ascension so long prophesied, we begin to see that heaven is not an abstract place, in another place and time frame. When we allow Metatron to swap our own “heart of stone” for a “heart of flesh”, as the chapter in Ezekiel has suggested, our consciousness begins to change and heaven comes to earth through each one of us. Our bodies let go of the traumas and fears that have blinkered our vision and we let in life. It’s okay to be happy, joyful, wealthy and well.

It seems that at this time of enormous change, this Being, this Consciousness, is focusing especially on bringing light to our awareness, to assist us as we go through profound transformation. However we understand this energy, through the practice of Metatronic Healing we are offered  high frequencies that bring changes to our energy systems, to our bodies, to our hearts and our souls.  As people attending workshops receive and process these divine energies, they began to find that not just their health but their whole lives undergo powerful and positive change.

Our consciousness – our awareness, our focus – alters our reality. Science sums this up in the now widely-accepted Heisenberg uncertainty principle. We create health and wealth, for instance – or, of course, the opposite of these – through our thoughts. So we can create heaven here and now. It is this knowledge that underlies the philosophy and practice of Metatronics: this is a gift; it enables us to enhance every aspect of our lives. The Attunements and Transmissions brought to us in a Metatronic workshop make it the easiest and most natural thing in the world to 'get out of our own way': the small, egoic, limited self - the one that tends to sabotage our best intentions rather than empower them - simply steps aside as divine energies flood our consciousness and our hearts.
